1.Do you ship outside the India?

Unfortunately, for the time being our services are restricted to India only.

2.My order hasn't shipped yet. What can I do?

Don't worry! Most orders ship within 1-2 business days before delivery. If yours hasn't, just contact our helpful Customer Support team.

3.Can I check contents before accepting the delivery?

While opening before delivery isn't possible, you can accept it and reach out to us later if you have any concerns.

4.How fast can I get my order?

Check the Track My Order page for your specific location! Orders will arrive by that date.

5.My order is stuck at the delivery hub. Why isn't it out yet?

Relax, the courier is responsible for timely delivery. You'll get an SMS once it's on the way!

6.I can't track my order even though it's shipped. Why not?

Tracking may not work at some times. Just check again after some time.

7.I had a bad experience with the delivery person. Can I complain?

Absolutely! We are customer centric organization and work with likeminded courier partners you may Contact our Customer Support with details, and we'll work with the courier to resolve it

8.What do the different order statuses in "My Orders" mean?

c)Dispatched: Picked up by the courier and moving to a logistics facility

d)Shipped: On its way to you!

e)Out for delivery: Almost there! Delivery person will arrive by 9 pm.

9.How will I get my order?

All orders arrive straight to your doorstep via reliable couriers

10.What if I miss the first delivery attempt?

No problem! Couriers will try again the next working day, with two more attempts following.

11.When will I get my order after it's "Out for Delivery"?

Expect it anytime during the day latest by 9 pm.

12.Why did I get a new delivery date on the original delivery day?

This happens due to unexpected courier issues. We'll update you via SMS/email.

13.Can I combine orders from different sellers for delivery?

No, as sellers are in different locations and timelines vary so it is not feasible to combine the orders for delivery.

View them in the " Track Order" page. Kindly select an option to view the information of your order. This will enable us to provide you immediate response.

Check with neighbours/friends/house owners who might have received it. If not, contact us for help.

16.I found the package open or tampered. What do I do?

You should reject it at the door.

17.Can I collect my order from the warehouse?

No, for security reasons, orders are delivered to the provided address.

18.Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
